DATE 2009 - Record number of contributor submissions, conference stronger than ever before

Record numbers of contribution submissions have been received for DATE (Design, Automation and Test in Europe) 2009, with a 30 per cent increase in papers on industrial applications.
Over 960 submissions have been received (over 200 from the USA), and strong contributions from Europe, Asia, South America and Oceania.
'DATE 2009 is stronger than ever before,' says Conference General Chair Professor Luca Benini, Professor of Computer Engineering at the University of Bologna.
This year's event sees a new focus on the exhibition section, which offers a wide variety of networking options for companies and organizations that want to mazimize their opportunities to interact with customers.
